Quality Control & Packaging Notice
Every piece is individually inspected by our designer and quality-control team before it leaves our Brooklyn studio. Each order is then carefully hand-packed by our local team to ensure the jewelry is received in the condition in which it was approved for shipment.
If your order arrives damaged or with an issue, please contact Customer Service promptly upon delivery and provide clear photos of the item and packaging so we can properly review the claim.
